An Adult User can review or modify the information they provided during the registration for the Services, including adding or removing Child profiles from the Account, by updating the information through the Parent’s Area of the app. Additionally, Users may contact us at any time to request a review of, or deletion from our records, any Personal Information provided about Child Profiles associated with their Account, or to stop collecting Personal Information from those Child Profiles, as applicable.
To proceed with the deletion, you need to send an email to support@drboffin.games. Once you confirm, we will delete the account and all associated data. You will receive an email once all the data is deleted.
Please keep in mind that a request to delete Personal Information may lead to the cancellation of your Account. When we change or delete any Personal Information at your request, we will make good faith efforts to update our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. Note that changes to settings may not be immediate and are subject to our operational and maintenance schedules.
